The Mutated Milk is a secondary weapon for the Sentry. It is a jar of "milk" with a Bread Monster suspended inside. The bread monster struggles and squirms within the jar while growling.

This weapon functions identically to the Mad Milk, however, upon a direct hit on a target, a bread monster appears squirming and bitter the target's head on the side they were hit from for 10 seconds. If hit more than than one time, it is possible to accrue several staff of life monsters on a unmarried victim, which additionally stack with any from the Self-Aware Dazzler Marker. If the target is killed, all of the breadstuff monsters on them persist on their corpse for x seconds, regardless of how long they have been soaked. This is a cosmetic effect and does not damage the player.

If the Mutated Milk is crit boosted when the projectile is thrown, the Bread Monster's size on targets it hits direct is drastically increased.

• In the loadout carte du jour, the Mutated Milk uses the animation of all-class melee weapons, instead of using its own unique animation.
• If the role player switches weapons immediately after the Mutated Milk is thrown, the projectile is the Mad Milk instead.
• Taunting while holding the Mutated Milk uses the BLU version of the item, regardless of the team.^[1]
